We appreciate every order we recieve from our customers and as Head of Production I wanted to investigate what happened from the start of asking for costs to the delivery of the product. We are always on hand to make changes to visuals and we will always push to do these in a quick and timely manner plus we appreciate the feedback on the time to receive a quote and we have now put in new steps to get quotes out within 30 minutes and anything that is more urgent will be worked as at the front of the queue.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are extremely disappointed that we have not met your expectation levels, but we really very much appreciate your feedback which will help us going forward to meet our clients expectations.
