There was brown tape holding lid down and could smell the liquid before opening and found no seal so i must of been sold a damaged bottle or a item thats been previously opened

Hello, I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. Due to a small manufacturing error with a recent shipment, some liquids do not have a seal present. However, we can confirm that the products are still completely fit for purpose and have not been opened/used. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark.

I never got my parcel. When i emailed them i got no response. It's a scam. Do not buy from them
