Hi there Sean. Unfortunately, this was due to circumstances beyond our control. During the recent Covid-19 crisis we, like everyone, have been navigating our way through uncertain times. On the whole we have managed to keep to our usual great terms of service but on this occasion it was unavoidable which was why we contacted everyone to explain the issue. Sorry once again for any inconvenience.

Broken tubs

The only reason I have marked their score down is because about 4 of my tubs came cracked and broken therefore when I was defrosting them it left mess (blood) everywhere
