May not be for all

Casper didn't like the food even though he is on a raw meat diet. There was not an option to try hence I have to buy 5kg. Now I have to throw all in the bin.

Hi there When we send the sample pack out, we send 10 different meals for your dog to try. Even if they don't appear to like the first meal, it is worth re-visiting. Dogs can sometimes turn their nose up because they are full or because it is slightly different but they will soon eat it. If you have any queries or would like any further help, we are here to offer advice. Kind Regards Team ProDog

Disappointed in the batch this time due to huge pieces of bone.

Kept me well informed by e mail and text on delivery date.

Hi there Our food is prepared using a specific sized mincing plate to ensure consistency in the meals. All of our options are ground to this consistency meaning you shouldn't find any large chunks of bone. If there is an issue, we would like to help so please get in touch with the team - customerservice@prodograw.com. Kind Regards Team ProDog
