Hi there Just wanted to clarify your concerns. Firstly, the meat is a mince, not a paste. it is produced using a 10mm mincing plate. The complete range is meat (including ground bone) and veggies with Salmon Oil. Other than that there are no additional ingredients. The plastic is recyclable and you can read all about our recycling policy on our website. www.prodograw.com The first order is not retrospectively discounted, we offer a subsequent discount for your next order. We don't take it off the balance. As for your GSD pooing more, for the first few days of transition, you may find changes to their stools as their digestive system adjusts. After this, a raw fed dog with no added foods, will have firmer, smaller stools as there is less waste with an all-natural diet. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience. Kind Regards Team ProDog
