We apologise if the packer missed the free treat pack and we will happily include this with your next order if you email in on customerservice@prodograw.com with your order number. We have checked however and have no record of a call in? If you email the customer service manager on the above email address with further details we will investigate further. Kind Regards Team ProDog

Good stuff

Delivered when said. Dogs ate all the food initially, had to put gravy with food by day 7. Very fussy dog - they were less itchy following the food. Will order again

Excellent delivery and still frozen solid. My dog loves all the flavours

My dog loves all the flavours and she recognises the yellow tubs instantly. Really well packaged and fully recyclable product which arrives fully frozen and on time. Well worth the money.

Happy Healthy Dogs

I like the wool packaging - lots of uses for that ! and that you can re-cycle the containers. My dogs love it and are thriving, in fact their enthusiasm borders on hysteria.
