Hi there - we advised on email about the fact that you could pick which proteins you wanted left out of your order but unfortunately, the order came through as a normal sample pack without having any allergy boxes ticked which meant the team would have just sent you out a standard starter pack.We do cater for dogs with allergies in both the sample pack and the bundles that we offer and you can create your own bespoke order and subscribe for a discount so that you don't have to create a new order each time. Kind Regards Team ProDog

Hi there, yes you did email us and we replied asking for dogs weight etc. to which you replied but I believe we had asked for more information. We are more than happy to assist you further should you want to re-contact us? Please use the email you used previously to correspond with the team who will be able to help. Kind Regards Team ProDog

Hi there Sorry to hear this. As I understand it, you bought a bundle on the first order and wanted to return it? Unfortunately, as per our terms and conditions, we cannot accept returns of the frozen goods. We would be more than happy to help your dog with the transition to our food though. Kind Regards Team ProDog
