Hi there Sorry to hear this. It would be interesting to know how the food was introduced and what they were eating before. We would be more than happy to offer further assistance to work out why the dogs don't appear to like it and how to introduce it if you feel that it would help? Kind Regards Team ProDog

NO PLASTIC

Stop using plastic containers. The food is good, shame you can't package in cardboard boxes.

I was not happy being charged delivery just because i added a treat, which arrived in the sae package with my bundle, so I feel delivery should have been fre e of charge

Hi there The bundles are pre-packaged and pre-priced and we pay the courier costs on them. The treats have to be charged as additional as they take the weight over the bundle weight. Quite often there isn't room in the bundles for the treats too. We hope this answers your query on this. Kind Regards Team ProDog
