Hi there We have looked into this and it appears there are 3 orders on the system for this year? One for the 18th March which was refunded as it seems 2 orders were placed in error. The one placed on 17th March was shipped on 18th March and delivered on 19th March. Then there was an order yesterday which is out for delivery today. Can you be specific about which order you are referring to so that we can investigate further? Kind Regards Team ProDog .
