Hi there - As you live in a 2-day delivery area, the sample pack was sent packed with our usual packaging plus dry ice. Did you use the food? We would have been able to help if you had sent us photos. The code of 20STARTER was sent and is still showing as ready to use against your account so you can use this next time. Any issues, please contact us before completing checkout. The 25kg bundles don't state free treats so if you meant that there were no free treats in the sample we can add these onto your next order. We were looking to see if you have contacted us but we have no record. The best thing to do is drop an email to our customer service team - customerservice@prodograw.com and they will be happy to help you. Kind Regards Team ProDog

Hi thanks for response It wasn't the sample pack i was referring to, it was my first order (25kg) that had mostly thawed, top ones and bottom ones, the middle ones were still frozen. I tried phoning but it arrived over Easter and you were closed. I have fed raw to my westies for years & only ever had 1 delivery arrive partly thawed before and that was in quite hot weather, so maybe the eco packaging doesn't withstand a 2 day delivery which is unfortunate for us. It states in your 'how to order' section that to help the environment & improve efficiency, if you fill a 25kg box (which i did) you get a free treat so if this is not right i have obviously misunderstood . It not a massive deal but i would have ordered some Thanks again

Hi Amanda So, I have forwarded this on to the team at head office for further investigation. If you did the build a box rather than just ordering a pre-packed bundle, you should have had free treats and it shouldn't have arrived thawed. We will look into it and come back to you. Kind Regards Sheryl
