Channel Island Direct have been using this property for some time and the feedback we receive from our clients indicates that overall levels of satisfaction remain high. We are sorry that you felt this not to be the case.
In your comments you do not mention whether you raised your concerns at the time of your stay with the hotel staff. We therefore spoke with the La Villette and they had no record of the issues mentioned being brought to their attention during your stay.
We always advise that should a client be disappointed with any aspect of their stay at a property it is extremely important that they raise their concerns at the time, as this allows the hotel staff the opportunity to resolve them. Should the hotel staff not be able to resolve the concerns, then we do provide our office and emergency telephone numbers on our documentation and the contact details of the local representative are also provided on the welcome leaflet.
