Once a booking is made we also provide a live chat service on the website where again you can speak to a staff member, or alternatively the telephone number for our Customer Services and an email address. We provide information about the costs of the phone calls on our brochures. Regarding the additional costs you incurred, because you had a confirmed booking and wanted to change the return flight any costs would be passed onto you.
