Good holiday but transport pickups were lousy.

We were very happy with the holiday service, bar the transport. Twice we were kept waiting and getting forgotten at Jersey ferry port late at night was absolutely no fun.

Lovely trip to Guernsey

A very well organised trip. Everything was good, flight transfer and the Richmond hotel was excellent. The hotel was spotless and we were up graded to a superior room.

Efficient prior to arrival then serious issues

Transport to the Radisson was arranged but when we went to the Tantivy desk to get this nobody knew anything about it and only after a lot of checking were we able to get this with no welcome pack...

We apologise for the inconvenience caused with regards to your transfers and assure you that we have addressed this low level of service with the relevant people and the appropriate action has been implemented to ensure a similar situation does not arise again in the future. We understand it is never pleasant when flights do not operate as scheduled and on this occasion due to the weather conditions the airline took the decision to cancel the flight. Regarding the hotel and the unused nights we discussed this with you over the phone and explained what you would need to do about this. Thank you again for taking the time to contact us.
