Thank you for your comments in regards to your holiday documentation. I can see from our records that on the 19/04/23 we raised a quote for you which only detailed the services you had requested. Then on the 20/04/23 we sent a copy of your holiday confirmation which confirmed only the services you had booked. This was then followed by a full holiday itinerary which was sent to you on the 26/04/23 which showed in detail all the services you had booked. We will contact the supplier with regards to the timings as they are provided to us by them. Regarding the meal times these are advised to all clients whilst on the day trips by the suppliers because the meals are arranged locally with the eateries. It is normal practice that should we miss a call we will call the number straight back and we apologise on this occasion that you had to contact our UK number.
