Sam has made a big difference to my opinion of Pbm.
My choice of persons to deal with as he is proving reliable and efficient in dealing with any rising issues at the block.

Excellent response time with Jess more than happy to assist with our queries. A few responses were slightly vague however this could be attributed to the poor handover of accounts that PBM received...

An individual performing above her peers
Alex managed to resolve my issue when no one else could. My issue was very serious but seemed very unurgent to other members of staff. If it wasn't for Alex my feedback would be extremely negative.

Great service and communication.
Josh was brilliant and worked really hard to get contractors out to fix roof issues and pest control issues, was very friendly on the phone and always responded quickly to emails and calls.
