Sincere apologies for your experience prior to this, pbm have worked closely with the onsite team to ensure the service levels are provided with a high quality. We feel the on site set up effectively handles this at present.

I get replies from PBM with promises to get the bushes cut down from my windows but I have been waiting now for over two months and still not done, it has got so bad I cannot open my bedroom windows because I get insects coming in, it is the same all round the estate with overgrown bushes not been cut its a disgrace especially when you have increased the Service Charges to such a high amount we are not getting the service we are paying for.

Further to the above, the property manager has retendered the gardening contract again, and new gardeners will be attending to rectify over the next few weeks. The Property Manager also held a leaseholder meeting last night, the invite sent to leaseholders with the agenda and joining information on 6th July. Yourself nor any other leaseholder attended in order to raise issues and discuss resolutions. Further correspondence will be sent with the PowerPoint slide information.
The property manager is very accommodating to work with leaseholders and rectify any matters outstanding, we feel the above only highlights this.
