Spoke to Alex who could not have helped me more . She wanted to help rather than had to help ! Nicest voice ive heard all day which considering i own a call centre , speaks volumes

I didn't make a purchase- I had to chase up for receipt for ground rent payment. Although this time I received a prompt response from Amie, this is not the first time I have needed to chase up...

Hi Derek, sorry our service hasn't been as consistent as we would like. We have been working on our response times which are now up to over 70% e-mail response within 24 hours. We continue to work with our performance manager month on month to improve, we are aiming for 90% by the end of the year. Its nice to hear your recent feedback is good, it shows us the work we are doing is having a positive effect.
