Our management fees for your block are actually below market value, unfortunately the service charges are quite high due to the levels of maintenance required especially to deal with water ingress issues.  We have also been collecting to fund major works projects.  This info has been on letters we sent out but if you are not aware, best to talk to us before jumping to conclusions. 

Please get in touch with me or let me know your number so I can give you a ring.  Having checked the file I cant see you have logged any complaints via phone or email and we would like to understand the reason why you are upset and see what we can do to put things right.

It is disappointing to see your feedback.

Although in broad terms, it is difficult to answer your comments, we stress that we constantly strive to work to the best of our abilities throughout each team at PBM. 

In terms of the extortionate rates we charge, it is important to clarify that 'our' fee is £240 + vat per unit per year, and in our experience we feel that this is more than reasonable. The other costs that you may be referring to are simply the costs of managing and maintaining your building, as well as collecting for future major works planned. These are certainly not fees for PBM. All financial information is always available. 

We feel that all feedback is an opportunity to improve, and we will perhaps clarify our fees to leaseholders, in case it is not completely clear.
