Thanks for the feedback! We are happy to hear our regular updates are useful for you. Regular site inspections help us to work with you to prevent the chances of major failures or breakdowns. We appreciate the residents participation in being able to send photos to aid resolving issues! We work with Building Surveyors to identify major works and other large-scale expenses that need to be budgeted for. Our standard practice is to arrange a 10-year capital expenditure plan, we are happy to arrange a call for this to be discussed further with you!
