Generally good service but service charge is too expensive
Normally very quick to get put through to the right person.

Thanks for your feedback. The service charge covers the costs for all common services and we are not sure exactly what costs you feel are high.
Last year the water costs increased a lot due to a massive increase in usage, but otherwise the expenditure is all competitive. Rest assured we work really hard to enhance value at every opportunity :)
It would be a good idea to speak to your dedicated property manager Alex Wilson who will be happy to provide further information on what the service charge consists of. It could be that you are not aware of all the services that are included in the service charge.

Riquelle Hughes dealt with the leak in my flat with upmost professionalism and efficiency. She was very responsive and I couldn't of asked for better assistance with the problem.

Initial delay then great service
Initially there was a delay in being notified about a leak in my block. Post that I got very good service.
