Gutter still leaking. Job not fixed

Thanks for your feedback. Having looked into this, I can see we had been advised by the contractor on Friday 21st September the gutter had been fixed & believed everything was up to scratch! My colleague Riquelle dropped you an email to let you know the works had been completed. We are sorry to hear this had reoccurred over the weekend. Riquelle has arranged for a contractor to return first thing tomorrow for the gutter to be repaired once and for all! We are aiming to transform to five stars next time we speak :)
