Great subscription service

Pour and sip are great at customer care as well whenever I have written in they have sorted me out very quickly.

Really poor. Bought a bottle from the member store. It arrived with no box. Emailed customer service and they aren’t interested.

I purchased a gift certificate as a birthday present to be emailed in 26 April. As it didn’t arrive I phoned the telephone number on the website. No one answered so I left a message on the voicemail....

Hi Lucinda, Thank you very much for getting in touch and taking the time to leave your review. Please accept my apologies for the negative experience that you have had with us. Unfortunately, we are quite limited by the voucher provider that we use and our gift vouchers are set up to automatically send to the recipient at around the same time of day that the original order was placed - in this case it was around 4:30pm. These can sometimes end up in spam folders, however I will look into why this was not automatically sent. Unfortunately we are an incredibly small team and we did have staff shortages that week, so this certainly impacted the level of customer service that we normally provide. Exceptional customer service as usual, very well packaged and delivered on time. The Glenfarclas 105 is a cracking whisky, and a great price as well.

It does what is says on the tin ( or bottle )

Each month the whiskey's arrive on time and in good condition. Every now and again there is a small free treat.
