Hello. I apologise for your email not being answered immediately, we have search through our system and were unable to find one from you. I understand that you then contacted us by phone and have been refunded for your parts. The parts supplied were what was ordered and were for 1" pipe, which measures 33.2mm as an outside diameter. The online listing for the parts specifies them as Schedule 40 for which these dimensions are correct. I have however taken your comments no board and we are looking at a way to make it even clearer for customers who are not familiar with how pipe sizing systems work.
