I am sorry that you have experienced problems. We were advised by yourself that the pipe you had was 32mm and, as plastic pipe is measured on the outside diameter, assumed this was what you had. The 32mm fitting we supply will fit ALL 32mm pipe (and so is universal), however we have since discovered that your pipe is in fact 36mm, which is a non-standard pressure pipe size.
