Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback. I am sorry to hear you were not happy and were expecting a 'faux leather' finish. This is the same product you have ordered for the past few years and hasn't changed to faux leather.
I will forward your comments to our design team and maybe we might have a 'faux leather' version available next year.

I called because the clock I had ordered never arrived. The person I spoke with was helpful and friendly, and the clock was sent to me immediately - it arrived the next day.
