Great product but the corners of the planner were bashed so it wasn't as perfect as it could have been. Rest of it was fab.

They did not deliver the colour of diary ordered for two out of my 3 orders. No advance warning was given that this would be the case. I am going to request a refund.

I’ve used this company before for planners but unfortunately this time, the name is incorrect and the title doesn’t have a capital letter.

Hi,
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I'm so sorry that we made a mistake on the foil text, we'll have a replacement sent out to arrive with you next week. There's no need to return anything to us, please feel free to use the incorrect diary as you see fit :)
Kind Regards,
Item was exactly as I ordered, the variation in options was excellent and the service was prompt. Have been buying my Teacher Planner from Pirongs for years now and wouldn't change.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this lovely review.
It is great to hear that you are so happy with the product and service. Enjoy using your planner this year and we hope to keep you happy for many years to come.
Best wishes
Most of the order was correct but I had ordered a diary with personalisation (initials) with the extra cost added. However, that diary arrived without initials.

The issue was resolved very quickly so I look forward to receiving the product as ordered!
Very easy to order an academic diary online. Kept informed with regard to delivery, which was earlier than anticipated. Very pleased with customer service.
