I think this is the 3rd year in a row I have used Pirongs. Always helpful, the diaries I order have all been good quality and arrive quickly. Would highly recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback, I’m really sorry that you’re unhappy with our service this time around, and completely understand your frustration with increased shipping costs.
We are always very reluctant to increase charges, but unfortunately the cost of sending goods has soared over the past couple of years, particularly to the Highlands and Northern Ireland.
We do not make any profit from postage charges.
