After 14 days & following a phone conversation with Pirongs they said that they would send another item.
This arrived within 2 working days after the phone call.

We have looked into this, and it seems as though Royal Mail have lost a mail sack which we handed to them on the afternoon of 26/05, leading to a batch of small orders going missing. I'm incredibly sorry for all of the hassle caused by the delay in delivery, we'll resend your order today to have it with you for the weekend.
