Easy to use and quick decision

Friendly and helpful service with quick decision. Several contact options which is good. Only downside is interest rate but that is standard.

Thanks for your feedback.

Just so you know, you can log into your online account to see the length of your loan, and the interest that was applied. We would never charge a customer interest for days that they were not in receipt of their loan. If a loan was paid out later due to a problem with our service provider, we would let the customer know, and only apply interest once the money had been paid out.

They lent me loans twice and i didn't miss one payment and i tried to get another and i got turned down for a third so i was a bit upset i just wonder why when i payed my last two

Every application we receive undergoes full affordability and credit checks to ensure we are lending responsibly.

Unfortunately, on your third application, you did not meet our criteria. However we do allow customers to reapply 14 days after they last applied.

I would highly recommend piggybank. Their customers. Services are excellent the staff were so helpful and really friendly. They also didn't drag the call out for ages unlike other companies.
