Unfortunately we were suffering from a shortage of staff, due to illness, when you placed your order, which is why delivery was longer than expected, we apologise for this. Hello, we are sorry that you have not yet received your order. I can see that it should have been dispatched on Friday 18th February (5 working days) but unfortunately Royal Mail were unable to collect our orders on Friday and Monday due to the storms. I have checked and your order is with your local depot and will be delivered tomorrow. We did send an email to all customers updating them of the situation and have a message on the website.
