Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you placed your order on the 26th August and at the time there was a 4 day dispatch. Because of the Bank Holiday this meant that your order was dispatched on Friday. I have just tracked your order and there is no update at the moment but please allow a little extra time for delivery because of the recent Royal Mail strikes. Best wishes The PF+A Team x

Hello, thank you for leaving feedback and I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order within the normal timescale. Unfortunately we have had a few problems due to the Royal Mail strikes and on checking your tracking I can see that it was delivered on Saturday (it looks as if it has been left by an electric charging point).
