Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and I am sorry that you have not received your order. I can see that you should have received it on 15th September. It was dispatched to you but the tracking was not updated until Wednesday of this week. It is showing that it will be delivered today. Unfortunately I do not know why there has been a delay with the delivery but the strikes and the extra Bank Holiday have been causing some problems. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround and it is frustrating when this happens. If you no longer need the frame please email sales@photoframesandart.com and we will arrange a refund for you. Once again please accept our apologies for this and the inconvenience caused. Best wishes Sandra
