Hello, thank you for your comments. I can see that your order has been delivered and I am sorry for the delay. This was due to the amount of Black Friday parcels and the two days of strikes with Royal Mail. We are working at dispatching our orders as quickly as possible and with 24 hr tracked postage so that our parcels do move through the system quicker.
