All of our prints are dispatched directly from the pulisher who usually forward us the tracking numbers, but on this occassion I believe your order slipped through. Hi there, We're really sorry that your frame arrived damaged. Although we pack our frames well, unfortunately items can sometimes get damaged in transit. I can see that when you sent us an email, we were closed for the weekend which is why you received our out of office reply. I am pleased to see that a member of our customer service team got back to you promtly on Monday morning when we re-opened. We really hope you're happy with your replacement frame! The PF+A team x
