I am now happy with eu meds response ,explanation and apology and now I'm happy to revert back to my original 5 star rating because this company up until my previous order were faultlesss and after listening to the explanation I am confident that the service will remain 5 star going forward.Finally I really appreciate the fact customer service approached me with their apology and reason for the previous failures and I'm happy.

Delivery service ****

Absolutely terrible delivery service used to take 2 days from ups delivery service now takes over a week from evri couriers
