There was a hitch with my payment they didn’t take my details down correctly. I had to chase them I received no paperwork even after requesting it

Very slow to receive any confirmation of claim received. Still waiting from 16th November just for confirmation that the paperwork has been received, let alone refund.

We have had a look and there is no claim on the system under your policy number. We have also tried ringing you and have left a message, as well as that we have also sent you an email advising that we have not received the claim form.

Constant Follow Up

We had to call them on several occasions to get an update on when we would be receiving all the paperwork relating to the insurance plan for our pet. And if we were covered as well.
