I do recall speaking to you directly earlier this week.
I understand on this occasion the local depot had a backlog of parcels they were working through and they have since told me they were attempting to clear all parcels by the Saturday, as highlighted I think the miscommunication with an agent from our couriers hasnt helped matters on this occasion.
I have since actioned our goodwill delivery gesture as discussed and I have submitted your feedback to the couriers management.

Yes I remember speaking to you also, and you were very helpful. With regards to a good will gesture, you refunded me the delivery charge I had paid for which really would of had to be refunded anyway because delights failed to fulfill the next day guarantee promised. So this still leaves me disappointed with a first order.
