Brilliant time at Christmas wonderland
Great atmosphere, accommodating staff, reasonable prices. Caravan not quite as clean as expected (oven and work surfaces had crumbs/ drip marks etc)

After a rocky start with check in ie getting wrong caravan it was resolved and we enjoyed our stay

The park and entertainment were good. I know its the off season normally so it was nice to see the park more or less fully functioning.
Som food prices and quality were poor

Still some maintenance/upgrading required
Would have given 5 stars for the 'experience' . There is still some upgrading needs doing at the lodges. No outside lights directly over the steps down to cars - it is VERY dark at night. Number of...
