I was asked to pay extra for an upgrade but struggled to find what i paid extra for.
Caravan was damp
Sofa was wet.
Rain coming up through floor.
Piece of foam as a mattress.
Boiler leaking.
Propane...

Staff very helpful at reception. staff friendly around the resort. The children enjoyed the soft play and park.

Arrived at 10.30pm and found that we had not hot water or heating
Not heating or hot water on arrival, so slept in 9 degrees my kids had to sleep with their coats on, which was horrific!

A great place to be with the family
The attention of the professionals has been very good. The caravan was also very confortable and everything was easy. Maybe I would improve a bit the time it takes for the food in the restaurant, but...

Blood stains on my daughters pillow and quilt .
I found this to be a huge influance on our reason for the score . It come as a huge shock to see my 9 year old daughter had been sleeping on a pillow...
