Thank you very much for your feedback. Please accept our apologies that your packaging was damaged - thankfully your ipad was undamaged. We would always recommend that you use a box which will fit around your item without being too large. We recommend a minimum of 2 inches of packaging inside the box in order to ensure your items are well protected. Your box may have been flattened slightly as the items inside were much smaller than the size of the box. In a parcel network, on the conveyor belts and in the delivery vans, other items can be placed on top of your item - this may be the reason for the box being slightly damaged. Amazing service - this company is heads above other like parcel2go.com whom i used for years and had all-sorts of problems. tracking is easy to used and very up to date.
Good service as usual. The one thing I do wish was slightly better, was the size of the printable receipt (invoice). It goes over 2 pages of A4, and there is simply no need for it to be this big.
Customer service is as good as we can get but... the delivery is the problem.

Thank you very much for taking the time to send us your feedback. I can see that your parcel was delivered to France in 2 days but that there was a small issue in getting to your apartment. We don't own any vehicles or employ the delivery drivers - we simply subcontract to UPS and have no control over the delivery drivers who are employed to deliver parcels. We can however keep the delivery company as informed as possible during collection and delivery for you. Our team contacted UPS on your behalf to inform them of your contact number and the location of your apartment. Please accept our apologies that on this occasion your shipment didn't go as smoothly as expected.
