This particular shipment was collected on 27th Jan and delivered successfully on 30th Jan at 10:55, on time. This was a next working day UK service, so it was collected on the Friday and delivered on the Monday. All Quidco cashback is processed automatically by them, we don't put any controls around this, so there's nothing we could do or could have done to speed this up for you.

Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We can see your shipment was booked on 29/01, dropped into the Access Point shop on 31/01, collected on 31/01 by UPS at the shop and delivered on 1/02 as planned.

You booked a shop drop-off service, so the delivery speed is very much dependent on when you drop the parcel into the Access Point. It's then dependent on when the carrier will be passing the Access Point shop. If you wish a next day service, door to door, you can have the parcel collected from your home address if you're able to wait in for the courier, and it'll be delivered next working day.
