Disappointed with the cancelation charge

I had to cancel this service for exceptional reasons & was charged £6 for cancelation. Many other couriers don't charge anything at all. Very disappointed.

Good value and good communication

Good value. Easy to understand instructions for shipping. The courier came when they said it would on the notification text. I was kept informed throughout the shipping process.
