Hello Wendy, thank you for your feedback. You are right in saying that we are solely a booking agent, but we are always here if you wish to ask us anything regarding your booking. We offer a secure payment system for our customers, as well as local information abotu all of our destinations. All members of the Panoramic Villas team are knowledgeable about our rental areas and we are happy to provide any information you may need. You also have access to your customer account at any time to view details of your booking etc. The property manager in Spain will take care of you and he has many years of holiday rental experience, so I am sure that you will enjoy your holiday in Spain.
all communication was simple to follow, information was all you need as you need it. Very professional, giving you a feeling of confidence which you need to feel secure in your bookings.
