Hello Douglas, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry if our booking procedure was not made clear. All guests receive a Holiday Information Sheet following balance payment that has the full address of the villa and the owners contact details. You can access this information at any time within your customer account. As we are solely the booking agent, and not the property manager, we do not arrange the meet and greets at the villas, which is why we put you in direct contact with the owner. However, we are always here to help if you have any questions about the process at all and we can also recommend companies for airport transfers in most cases. We hope you have a great holiday. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further assistance before your arrival at the villa.

Thank yuo for your feedback Ryan. We are very pleased that you all enjoyed your stay overall. It's a real shame the pool heat wasn't added when you booked, but we're glad the hot tub was able to be used.

Thank you for your feedback. We do send payment reminders 7 days, 3 days and on the day of payment due dates. Unfortunately, due to email security settings, these can sometimes land in SPAM folders. You can also check the payment due date at any time in your customer account.
We do also offer the option of payment by bank transfer, you simply need to ask for our bank details. We do prefer card payments as they are more secure for you, as the customer, and they carry no additional charge so it makes the process easier. I hope this helps and that you will book with us again in the future.

Hello Volkmar, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your stay was not as enjoyable as previous ones.
I can assure you that we do check our villas regularly and we are very happy with the condition of this villa. The TV has been changed in the living area, but the bedrooms never had TVs. The owner has removed the DVD player as there is now Netflix in the villa, so this was very rarely used. We have now updated the advert to reflect this. Apologies for this.
There are 2 hairdryers in the villa. I'm very sorry if you could not find these. Agnes would have got those out for you if she had known you were having difficulty locating them. There have never been razor plugs in the bathroom.
We are sorry that the heated towel rail was not working properly, but we were assured that this was fixed for you right away. The pool tiles had come loose in the torrential rain that occured while you were there, these have now been fixed, but we are sorry about this.
Having visited the villa we are confident that the same great standards are being met by the owner. We are very sorry that you had a few minor issues during your stay, we would hate this to deter you from booking with us again as you are a valued customer.
