Sent something other than what I ordered !!!!!!!

I ordered Men's EDT, which I assume they did not have as they crossed out what I had ordered on the pick note and changed it for women's perfume which is absolutely no use to me !!!!!

Easy to order, quick dispatch and prompt hermes delivery.

Stocked an item I couldn't locate in local High street or retail park.. Though more expensive and charging for delivery it was still worth it for me personally as I rely on the product due childrens...

Items don't arrive. Vouchers worth less are sent

Ordered a lot of items. 15quids worth did not turn up so I was given a £3 voucher off my next order.... So my items missing are 15quid, the voucher is 3quid, but then delivery is a fiver... Shocking
