Arrived 10 days too early. Only 497 litres delivered although tank has previously taken more with 1" more fuel already in the tank. No invoice received or £30 discount for next order - not...

Unhappy

I did not purchase any oil. I ordered an oil monitor for my oil tank and as yet have not been advised when it will be installed. As I had to pay for it immediately I am not very pleased.

Hello, we are so sorry for the delay. I can see that your tank monitor was ordered in July, this must be really frustrating. As discussed the lead time is anywhere between 2-6 weeks due to how popular the device is and also our suppliers engineers have been isolating. Usually cheapest supplier , with range of delivery times the longer you pick the cheaper it becomes
