Thank you for the response.
You didn't tell me when my order was going to arrive, after emailing twice I had no response.Please could this be improved.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear that you had emailed twice and had no response. Having looked at the date of purchase it looks like it was when we were implementing a new customer service tool to help improve customer service and satisfaction. It somehow looks like it got missed when the transition was taking place for which I can only apologise for. Ξέχασαν την παραγγελία μου. Έπρεπε να τους στείλω email και να τους το υπενθυμίσω. Μου ζήτησαν συγγνώμη αλλά η παραγγελία μου καθυστέρησε πολύ.

We create unique personalised gifts that have a sentimental and special feel, the kind of products that you cherish and use to keep memorable moments alive. As well as our own website we are proud to sell through notonthehighstreet.com and NEXT.com. All our products are designed, manufactured and packaged in our Surrey studio by our brilliant creative team.
