Hi, Please accept our apologies for the slight delay with your delivery. I can see that your order was despatched on Monday via Parcelforce. Although it did go out for delivery yesterday it looks like the driver ran out of time and it had to be returned to the depot. It has gone out for delivery again today and should be with you between 13:48 and 14:58.
