I got a prompt delivery but as yet had no invoice sent to me either by emai

They could send me my invoice. I have requested it multiple times both by email and postal mail. There response was that the problem was my end. Yet all my other emails still arrived

We posted an invoice to you on the day of the issues which can take up to 3-5 working days to be delivered with Royal Mail so should be with you shortly.
