Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you have not received our response to your previous email. Please be aware that the system provides an automatic bundle discount when adding items to your cart however, if you use the FREESTRAP code or any other discount code, the bundle discount automatically gets removed as it cannot be combined with any other form of discount. Multiple discount codes cannot be applied to one order across our sites. Our apologies for any confusion caused. We appreciate your time and your business.
